Our Refund & Return Policy: Simple and Clear

Hi from OKOHOKO FASHION! We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't as you hoped, we're here to help. Here is a summary of our return policy:

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO REQUEST A RETURN.


SCENARIO A: REFUND DUE TO SUBJECTIVE CUSTOMER REASONS
(You changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, product doesn't meet your subjective quality standards, etc.)

In this scenario, the customer has two options:

  1. Option A.1: Return Product for Full/Partial Refund

    • Customer Action: Ship the product back at your own expense to one of our partner warehouses (usually located in Asia).
    • OKOHOKO Evaluation: Our team evaluates the returned item.
    • Refund: You will receive a 100% refund or, in some cases, a partial refund, after approval.

  2. Option A.2: Keep Product and Agree on Partial Refund

    • Customer Action: Contact us to reach an agreement.
    • OKOHOKO Agreement: We can agree on a partial refund.
    • Customer Benefit: You keep the product without needing to return it, saving time and shipping costs.

SCENARIO B: REFUND DUE TO OBJECTIVE REASONS 
(Defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to our error)

If the customer receives a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to errors made on our part, the customer will have two options at no additional cost:

  1. B.1: Replacement: Request a replacement of the product.
  2. B.2: 100% Refund: Request a 100% refund.
