If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photo proof. Once confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund, based on your preference.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags (if applicable). We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues unless there’s a product fault.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
